Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
Welcome to audiovisualizer.cc — a free online audio visualizer that runs entirely in your browser. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the visualizer.
1. What we provide
A browser-based sound wave maker with six live styles: spectrum bars, radial spectrum, LED matrix, interactive waveform, scrolling spectrogram, and Milkdrop-style WebGL visuals. The tool is free, requires no account, adds no watermark, and processes your audio locally on your device. We may update or discontinue features at any time without notice.
2. Acceptable use
Use the visualizer only for lawful purposes and only with audio you own or have permission to use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to infringe anyone's copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights. Automated scraping or bulk downloading of the site's code and assets is not permitted.
3. Your audio and your recordings
Your audio files stay on your device — we never receive or store them (see our Privacy Policy). Any screen recordings or screenshots you capture of the visuals paired with your own audio are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the underlying audio rights. Clearing samples, guest performances, or licensed material remains solely your responsibility.
4. Third-party content and links
Audio you load from pasted links comes from third-party servers we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, legality, or content of linked audio, nor for browser decoding differences across MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, FLAC, Opus, and AIFF formats.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of visualizations, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. See our Disclaimer for details, including the photosensitivity notice for flashing presets.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost content, or hearing-related claims — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero for this free tool.
7. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the site evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Reach us via Contact Us. Related reading: About Us, Privacy Policy, and the free audio visualizer itself.
